The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kent really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Cass enables Kent to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cass manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Kent will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Cass wants to get back to his feet but Kent is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Kent stands up over Cass, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Kent gets caught napping as Cass dives in and scores a takedown. Kent manages to retain guard.

Cass drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cass jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Cass is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kent is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kent has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close second round but I would say that Stacey Kent will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Kent is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Cass off and has taken his back!

Kent slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Kent is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Cass knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Cass for a finish.

Kent is persistently looking for the submission but Cass is defending it well.

Cass drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kent looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kent looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kent!

Jacob Cass has got the better of the ground game so far.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Stacey Kent.
I think Kent has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
