The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sofa throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sofa throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Assman throws out a loose jab but Sofa uses good head movement to avoid it.
No luck for Assman with that takedown attempt.
Some wild striking there from Sofa.
Assman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Assman lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Sofa backs up against the cage.
Sofa throws a right and a left that both miss.
bruce Assman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Assman tries to bum rush Sofa with a series of wild strikes but Sofa uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Assman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Assman looks to land a left hand but Sofa moved out of range nicely.
Assman scores with a jab to the body.
Assman swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Assman throws an overhand right that lands on Sofa's shoulder, as Sofa tries to avoid the shot.
Assman misses with an uppercut.
Sofa takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Horrible takedown by Sofa or perhaps it was just good defense by Assman which made him look bad.
Assman misses with a double jab.

Assman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
