The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donovan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Meszaros lands a big head kick that sends Donovan tumbling to the mat! Meszaros takes a step backwards and waves Donovan back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Donovan is rocked!
It looks like Darnell Donovan has been cut.
Donovan misses with a straight left.
Meszaros with the counter takedown but Donovan avoids it easily.
Oh Donovan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Meszaros clinches up against the cage.
Donovan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Meszaros has him pressed against the cage.
Meszaros breaks the clinch.
Meszaros closes the distance looking for a takedown. Donovan stuffs it but Meszaros still has hold of him. Meszaros picks Donovan up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Meszaros slams Donovan to the floor and that's really hurt Donovan - he doesn't know where he is! Meszaros throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
