The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones lands a nice shot that snaps Garrison's head back.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Garrison does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jones throws out a powerful jab.
Garrison shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jones as he jumps to the side.
Jones swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Garrison ducks right into an uppercut from Jones.
Jones swats away the attempt to clinch by Garrison.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garrison walks into a straight right hand from Jones.

Garrison is trying hard to land a takedown here. Jones sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Jones jabs Garrison to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Garrison drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jones sprawls and moves away.
Lewis Jones is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Garrison takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Garrison ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Jones thuds his right hand into Garrison's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

BOOM! Jones lands a beautiful left hook that drops Garrison. Garrison tries to recover but Jones is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Garrison lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
