Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Manolito Tai Kung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matty Dunn!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Tai Kung.
Dunn throws a head kick that misses.
Tai Kung lands a slapping body shot.
Tai Kung dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dunn. That did some damage!
Tai Kung clobbers Dunn with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Tai Kung is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Tai Kung tries a head kick but it misses.
Dunn wants to counter the offense by Tai Kung and move into the clinch position.
Tai Kung digs a good body shot into Dunn's ribs.
Tai Kung scores with a nice head shot.
Tai Kung lands with a slapping head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dunn gets off balance looking for a body kick
letting Tai Kung counter with a right hand.
Dunn on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Tai Kung moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Manolito Tai Kung seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tai Kung lands a lovely overhand right.
Tai Kung keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Tai Kung scores with a punch to the head.


Dunn is rocked!
Tai Kung fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Dunn is still on wobbly legs! Can Tai Kung finish him?
It looks like Tai Kung has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Tai Kung bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Dunn seems to have recovered his senses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tai Kung cracks Dunn with an open hand slap.
Tai Kung connects with a looping right hand.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tai Kung. Dunn shrugs it off though.
Dunn walks into a perfectly timed head kick by Tai Kung and drops face first to the floor! Dunn's eyes are wide open but he's not all there - he's just flopping around the mat like a drunk on rollerskates! The referee doesn't even start the count - he's called an end to the fight, with Dunn in no position to continue!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Manolito Tai Kung!
During a confident post fight interview, Manolito Tai Kung thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
