Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryohei Horie (ranked 2187 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lincoln Morissette (ranked 7090 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horie scores with a jab to the body.
Horie takes a swing at Morissette's ribcage but misses.
Morissette throws a right and a left that Horie avoids nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Horie. Morissette does a little dance to reset his feet.
Horie tries to clinch up but Morissette circles away and keeps his distance.
Morissette takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Horie rushes Morissette and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Horie is looking to wear down Morissette with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Morissette rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Horie moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Horie takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The fighters circle, before Horie throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Morissette's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Horie lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
