The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jungle cracks Boulder with a good jab.
Jungle fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Boulder on the side of the head.
Boulder fails with an attempt to clinch.
Boulder takes one on the button.
Boulder closes the distance and clinches up with Jungle, looking for a takedown. Boulder pushes Jungle against the cage but Jungle circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Boulder fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
We've been hearing reports that Boulder has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Boulder tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jungle swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Boulder with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jungle to score with a decent uppercut.

Boulder goes for a double leg but Jungle avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Jungle continues to drive forward.

Jungle might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Boulder might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Boulder is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jungle is just riding it out for now. Boulder eventually gives up the hold.

Kayl Boulder has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jungle wants to get back to his feet.
Jungle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boulder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Boulder seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Jungle is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
