Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rhodes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rhodes fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Maximum sprawls well initially but Rhodes persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Maximum really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Rhodes seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Maximum does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Maximum moves into full guard.
Maximum wants to get back to his feet but Rhodes is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Maximum pulls Rhodes in close to prevent any damage.

Maximum isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rhodes stacks Maximum on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rhodes!

Rhodes seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Rhodes cracks Maximum with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Rhodes avoids the attempt from Maximum to control.
Rhodes can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Maximum is looking to escape.
Maximum seems to have got his legs back now.
Rhodes connects with a bit shot that sees Maximum covering up! More strikes from Rhodes and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Rhodes is our winner by TKO!
