Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nuts tries for a takedown but Martinus circles away easily
enabling Martinus to counter with a crisp jab.
Martinus blocks the body kick.
Martinus fails with a takedown attempt.
Martinus tries for a takedown but Nuts sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Nuts tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Martinus manages to circle out of the way.
Martinus dives in and grabs Nuts's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nuts pushes down on Martinus's head and hops out.
Deez Nuts has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Botros Martinus.
Martinus closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Nuts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Nuts is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Martinus has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Martinus!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Nuts, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
