Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Takeru Ishii (ranked 6556 p4p, 530 weight class) and Anders Silver (ranked 22515 p4p, 593 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishii throws the left hand but Silver avoids the punch easily.
Silver throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ishii lands with a thumping leg kick.
Ishii takes one to the chin there.

Ishii tries to keep at a distance but Silver has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ishii avoids the elbow strike from Silver, against the ropes.

Silver is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Anders Silver showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Well Silver has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
