The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miles shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
letting Krisstus counter with a right hand.

It looks like Cameron Miles has been cut.
Krisstus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Krisstus scores with a jab to the head.

Miles bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Krisstus pushes Miles away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Miles gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Miles is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Krisstus will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Krisstus wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miles content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Krisstus takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Miles has hold of Krisstus's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Krisstus tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Miles cranks the arm and Krisstus screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Krisstus, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
