PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Karlos Svoboda (ranked 23186 p4p, 512 weight class) and Bjorn Ragnarsson (ranked 6570 p4p, 457 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Ragnarsson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Svoboda with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Svoboda has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Ragnarsson.
Svoboda looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Svoboda slips under a jab from Ragnarsson.

Svoboda looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ragnarsson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Svoboda tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Ragnarsson manages to circle out of the way.
Svoboda blocks a head kick by Ragnarsson.
Ragnarsson cracks Svoboda with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Karlos Svoboda has been cut.

Svoboda walks into a big right hand from Ragnarsson and goes down! The referee sends Ragnarsson to a neutral corner as Svoboda gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ragnarsson throws a body kick that misses.
Svoboda tries to counter by clinching up but Ragnarsson breaks away and moves out of range.
Ragnarsson tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
