The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filho shoots in and gets a takedown into Da Silva's guard.
Da Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Filho gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Filho really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Da Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Da Silva has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Filho doesn't defend quickly enough and Da Silva has managed to lock this one up! Can Filho escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Da Silva on a fantastic submission victory.
