Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Justice Carter (ranked 4085 p4p, 411 weight class) and Henry Lucas (ranked 23814 p4p, 550 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Lucas at a distance.
Lucas moves out of range of the body kick from Carter.
Lucas explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Carter lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lucas's sensitive parts.
Lucas throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Carter sees it coming and avoids it easily.

As Lucas backs away, Carter returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Carter manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Lucas on his heels. He'll look to pass Lucas's guard now, I'm sure.

Our spies down at at House of 1000 Corpses inform us that Lucas has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Carter got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lucas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Carter has managed to get both his arms back between Lucas's legs - danger averted.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lucas crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Carter - the referee stops the clock and Lucas gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Carter. Lucas manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Carter changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lucas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Carter thows an elbow strike that misses. Lucas gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Carter doesn't seem too bothered but Lucas quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Carter is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Carter really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
