Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between David Allan Coe (ranked 1838 p4p, 210 weight class) and Rui Rodrigo Germano (ranked 2993 p4p, 360 weight class). The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Darius Henderson.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Coe closes the distance and clinches.

Coe pulls Germano into guard.
Germano trying to control but Coe is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Germano wants to pass the guard but Coe is keeping the position.
Germano looking to sit in guard and control but Coe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Coe looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Coe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Germano working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Coe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Coe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Germano looking for a sweep. Not yet Germano, not yet.

Coe stays in close to Germano's body and controls the position.
Coe trying to control but Germano is working from the bottom.

Coe's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Coe wants to control from the top but Germano keeps moving.
Germano keeping full guard, as Coe tries to pass.

Coe passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Coe tries for a kimura but Germano is defending well.

Coe is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Germano has escaped the position, nice work there.
Coe controlling the position from side mount.
Germano is trying to get back to half guard.
Coe is looking to take a break and control but Germano is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

What's Germano going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

Coe tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Coe has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Germano is looking to regain half guard here but Coe keeps moving and retains side control.
Coe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Germano keeps working.
Germano tries to buck Coe off but Coe is having none of it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

Coe working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Coe is working to tighten his grip on Germano's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Germano has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Coe is really squeezing tight and eventually Germano passes out! Coe breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
