Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacDonald throws a hook to the side of Lalonde's head but Lalonde sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A telegraphed right hand from MacDonald misses the target.
MacDonald lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Donnie Lalonde has been cut.
The fighters circling - MacDonald throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
MacDonald stuffs the takedown attempt from Lalonde. Lalonde gets slowly back to his feet.
Some wild striking there from MacDonald.
Lalonde fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lalonde slips under a jab from MacDonald.
MacDonald cracks Lalonde with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. MacDonald has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lalonde to stand back up!
Lalonde is rocked!
MacDonald throws an uppercut from hell that sends Lalonde clean off his feet! He's out cold! MacDonald stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
