Teller had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Brewer is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Teller Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Brewer's back instead.

Brewer is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Teller off. It looks like it's working - Teller slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Brewer displaying calm under pressure there.
