Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bunt Jernit (ranked 117 p4p, 15 weight class) and Oskar Friman (ranked 270 p4p, 34 weight class). Jernit comes to the cage accompanied by Sail - Awolnation. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Oskar Friman enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 42 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bunt Jernit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jernit buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Friman takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Jernit has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Friman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jernit swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A punch lands to the side of Friman 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Friman decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jernit's guard.
Friman is standing up over Jernit. Jernit looks to escape but Friman dives into side control.

Friman postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Jernit regains half guard, as Friman was trying to land strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jernit has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Friman is working away from the top position though.

Friman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jernit was covering up waiting for the punch and Friman finishes the takedown easily into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jernit throws a body punch but Friman moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Jernit misses the target.
Friman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jernit moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jernit swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Friman feints and as Jernit raises his hands in defense, Friman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
