Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Come @ Me Bro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Aylin Shah!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shah fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bro manages to avoid it.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bro enables Shah to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bro manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Bro controlling the position.

Shah got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Shah has managed to get both his arms back between Bro's legs - danger averted.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Shah cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bro tries to lock up and control but Shah gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Bro misses with a looping left.

A little feinted left hand from Bro on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

A looping hook to the body misses from Shah. Bro does a little dance to reset his feet.
Aylin Shah is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Shah throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bro swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Nice uppercut lands for Bro. That snapped Shah's head back.

Shah takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Shah is nestled in close to Bro, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Shah has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Shah is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Bro to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Bro shrugs it off.

Shah has control of Bro's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bro regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Aylin Shah comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Shah has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
