Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Peter Branson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kambala closes the distance and clinches up with Plushmaster, looking for a takedown. Kambala pushes Plushmaster against the cage but Plushmaster circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Plushmaster defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kambala.
Sloppy strikes from Plushmaster. Those never looked like landing.
Kambala is looking to clinch.

Plushmaster shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kambala but Kambala pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kambala went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Plushmaster lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Kaspars Kambala has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kambala gets tackled into the cage by Plushmaster. Plushmaster maintains the clinch.
Kambala is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Plushmaster pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Plushmaster postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Plushmaster got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kambala has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Plushmaster has managed to get both his arms back between Kambala's legs - danger averted.
Plushmaster should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Plushmaster decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Plushmaster looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Plushmaster circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kambala is looking to clinch but Plushmaster is avoiding it.
Kambala throws a looping overhand right but Plushmaster ducks down to avoid it.

Plushmaster rushes Kambala and presses him up against the cage.
Kambala has had enough of the clinch but Plushmaster keeps him there for the moment.
Plushmaster effectively controlling the action here.

Plushmaster escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kambala darts in looking for a takedown but Plushmaster gets double underhooks and turns Kambala into the cage.
Plushmaster unleashes a big counter combination but Kambala bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Plushmaster's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Plushmaster dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kambala shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Plushmaster pinned against the cage. Plushmaster gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Plushmaster scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Oooooh!!! Plushmaster has knocked Kambala down with a huge combo! Plushmaster steps away and waves a wobbly Kambala back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Kambala is rocked!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Plushmaster lands with a big left! Kambala is wobbled badly! Plushmaster comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Kambala to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
