Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Bailey (ranked 2990 p4p, 336 weight class) and Skunky Beaumont (ranked 3344 p4p, 362 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Skunky Beaumont was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beaumont looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Beaumont's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Beaumont's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Skunky Beaumont seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Beaumont swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Bailey has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Bailey drops his hands momentarily and Beaumont takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

A looping hook to the body misses from Beaumont. Bailey does a little dance to reset his feet.
