The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Coleman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Coleman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Levesque's waist but Levesque gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coleman off to one side.
Levesque tries to close the distance and clinch but Coleman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Levesque as he jumps to the side.
Jason Levesque has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Coleman.
Coleman fails with a takedown attempt.
Mark Coleman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck for Coleman with that takedown attempt.
Coleman swats away the attempt to clinch by Levesque.
Levesque fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Coleman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Levesque lands with an uppercut that bounces Coleman off the cage and back into rage.
Levesque tries to clinch but Coleman is having none of it.
