The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mung clinches up with Pentangelli and pushes him back against the cage.
Pentangelli wants a takedown but no success here.

Mung trying to keep a closed guard but Pentangelli is proving a slippery customer.
Pentangelli has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Pentangelli drops back looking for a leg! Mung is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mung manages to kick Pentangelli off! Pentangelli jumps back into Mung's guard.

Pentangelli takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Mung tries to get to full guard but Pentangelli has control of the leg.

Pentangelli has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Pentangelli is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Mung is surviving well by controlling Pentangelli's body position as best he can.
