The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hornfellow Iii misses with a looping left.
Nieves throws a sloppy head kick and Hornfellow Iii moves out of range easily.
Nieves moves out of range as Hornfellow Iii strikes.
Hornfellow Iii throws out a powerful jab.
Hornfellow Iii jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Nieves is looking to counter punch.
Nieves shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hornfellow Iii eats them both and turns towards Nieves to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Nieves throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hornfellow Iii's waist but Hornfellow Iii gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nieves off to one side.
