Kirchen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Fraga has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Buoy Training. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Kirchen wants to take a breather but Fraga is having none of it.

Fraga is trying to escape the mount but Kirchen keeps good control and instead manages to take Fraga's back.
Kirchen slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Fraga really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kirchen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
