The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Naemi avoids the head kick by Majcen.
Majcen tries a head kick but it misses.
Al Naemi fails with an attempt to clinch.

Majcen has closed the distance and engaged Al Naemi in a clinch.

Majcen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Majcen shoots in and bounces Al Naemi off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Majcen is fighting to break Al Naemi's control of his arms but Al Naemi is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Al Naemi tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Majcen wants to get up but he can't break Al Naemi's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Al Naemi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Majcen but Majcen pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Majcen feints and as Al Naemi raises his hands in defense, Majcen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Al Naemi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Majcen manages to get himself to full guard.

Al Naemi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Majcen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Al Naemi misses with a takedown attempt - Majcen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Al Naemi tries to keep at a distance but Majcen has taken the fight into the clinch.
Al Naemi can't find room to land a body shot as Majcen controls the action.

Majcen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
