The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Soldic closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Schrader looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Soldic breaks the clinch.
Soldic lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Schrader at a distance.
Soldic stalks Schrader and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Schrader's face. Schrader staggers backwards, shaken.

Soldic clinches up against the cage.
Schrader is trying to drag Soldic to the mat but Soldic just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Soldic pulls guard successfully.
Soldic keeping full guard, as Schrader tries to pass.
Soldic is pulling down on Schrader's head. It's preventing any offense from Schrader, at least for the moment.

Soldic wants to sweep here but Schrader controlling him for the moment.
Schrader tries to free his leg and advance position but Soldic is retaining full guard.
Soldic is pulling down on Schrader's head to control his posture.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Nice jab there from Soldic.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Soldic misses with a double jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Soldic.
Schrader throws a wild hook but Soldic just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Schrader gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Soldic raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
