The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range.
Souza doesn't manage to clinch there - Jones circles away.
Jones connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

It seemed like Jones was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Souza tries to clinch up but Jones circles away and keeps his distance.

Souza dives in for a single leg takedown but Jones sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Jones cracks Souza with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jones has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Souza to stand back up!

Jones grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Souza takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Jones cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
