The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed leaves Nowak with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Nowak avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Reed has closed the distance and engaged Nowak in a clinch.

Reed escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Nowak looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Reed is trying to control but can't.
Nowak stalling.
Nowak tries to stand and escape but Reed is controlling the position.
