The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Donnelly keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Aki walks into a jab.
O Donnelly paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Aki shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with O Donnelly but O Donnelly pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Aki shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as O Donnelly sprawls well. O Donnelly wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Aki gets slowly back to his feet.
Shay O Donnelly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Purple Aki.
O Donnelly is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Oooooh!!! O Donnelly has knocked Aki down with a huge combo! O Donnelly steps away and waves a wobbly Aki back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

O Donnelly drops Aki with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Aki looks back up at him and smiles so O Donnelly waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Aki is still on wobbly legs! Can O Donnelly finish him?
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
O Donnelly lands a brutal uppercut that launches Aki off his feet! Aki tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
