The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bridges scores with a one two! Halidov had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Said Halidov has been cut.
Bridges throws the kick towards the body but Halidov avoids it.

Halidov drives through and clinches with Bridges against the cage.

Halidov pulls Bridges into guard.
Bridges lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Bridges won't allow Halidov to get back to his feet.
Bridges in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Bridges gets to his feet. Halidov looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Bridges tries to bum rush Halidov with a series of wild strikes but Halidov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Halidov moves out of range of the body kick.
Bridges lands a jab-cross combination.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bridges lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Halidov goes down and covers up as Bridges starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

After the fight, Jamie Bridges was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
