The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pena avoids the head kick by Peikkola.
Peikkola takes one on the button.
Pena throws out a powerful jab.
Pena lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Pena throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Peikkola shoots for a double leg takedown but Pena sprawls well. He's pushed Peikkola's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pena uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Peikkola throws out a loose jab but Pena uses good head movement to avoid it.
Pena throws a body punch but Peikkola moves out of range.
Peikkola misses with a series of wild punches.
Pena ducks under a wild hook from Peikkola.
Pena rushes Peikkola with punches - Peikkola moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Peikkola goes down! Pena follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
