The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bednarek stuffs the takedown attempt from Komad. Komad gets slowly back to his feet.
Bednarek tries to clinch but Komad moves out of range.
Bednarek closes the distance and clinches up with Komad, looking for a takedown. Bednarek pushes Komad against the cage but Komad circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Komad rushes Bednarek and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Komad tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Bednarek just stands there and leans against the cage.
Komad has Bednarek pressed against the cage, preventing Bednarek from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Bednarek tries to circle away but Komad has him pinned against the cage.

Bednarek manages to break the clinch.
Bednarek throws a head kick but Komad moves out of range.
Komad is looking to counter the offense by Bednarek and move into the clinch.
Bednarek wants to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A head kick misses from Bednarek.
Komad shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Komad avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
