Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Guadrado (ranked 3801 p4p, 435 weight class) and Bruce Webber (ranked 6510 p4p, 547 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guadrado closes this distance looking for a takedown but Webber circles away.

Webber closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Guadrado to the mat! Guadrado manages to get full guard.
Webber is fighting to break Guadrado's control of his arms but Guadrado is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Webber must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Guadrado manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Webber manages to get himself to full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Guadrado is looking to work some ground and pound but Webber has wrist control.

Guadrado drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Guadrado jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Guadrado postures up in Webber's guard and throws a big left but Webber blocks it.
Webber really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Guadrado. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
