Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Psycho Crusher (ranked 4032 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haka Motu (ranked 4547 p4p, 0 weight class). Psycho Crusher has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Psycho Crusher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Haka Motu!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the body from Motu misses
and Crusher counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Crusher slips a jab and a cross from Motu.
Crusher seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Crusher misses with a hook. Motu ducked under it nicely.
Motu pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Crusher back to the cage. Motu follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Psycho Crusher has been cut.
Motu throws a right and a left that Crusher avoids nicely.
Crusher scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Motu looks to land a right hand but Crusher moved out of range.
Motu lands a slapping body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Motu lands a glancing blow to the side of Crusher's head.
Motu misses with a lunging right hand
and Crusher counters with a nice body shot.
Motu looks winded!
Motu ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Crusher misses with a straight left.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Motu! But no joy.
Crusher uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Motu.
Motu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Crusher.
Motu appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Motu misses with a straight right.
Motu looks to score with a jab to the body but Crusher is just out of range.

Motu throws a hook but Crusher blocks it.
Motu moves forwards but Crusher connects with a nice, crisp jab.
No joy there for Motu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Motu lands with a cross.
Haka Motu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Motu connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Crusher momentarily.

Crusher shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Motu is trying to defend but Crusher finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crusher looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Crusher trying to control the action but Motu is working from the bottom.
Crusher thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Crusher thows a huge punch but Motu dodges it nicely.
Crusher throwing shots but Motu is blocking nicely.
Motu regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Crusher.

Crusher throws a big right hand that misses.
Motu keeping moving, preventing Crusher from controlling successfully.
Crusher slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Motu scores with a jab to the jaw.
Crusher slips under a jab.
Motu misses with a body shot
and Crusher counters with a left to the body.
Crusher scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Motu walks into a stiff left hand from Crusher.

Crusher throws a hook but Motu blocks it.
Crusher catches Motu with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Crusher sends Motu crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Crusher is motioning to the referee to let Motu up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Haka Motu has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crusher misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Crusher swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Crusher cracks Motu with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Motu slips a straight right by Crusher.
Motu misses with a lunging right hand
and Crusher counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Motu badly! Crusher follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Motu out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Crusher finished him against the cage.
