The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warner bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Wray plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Wray throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wray tries to clinch there but Warner circles away.
Wray throws a head kick but Warner moves out of range.

Wray lands a slapping body shot.
Wray throws a shot from downtown. Warner moves away and avoids it.
Wray misses with a head kick.

Wray drops back looking for a leg! Warner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Warner manages to kick Wray off! Wray jumps back into Warner's guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Warner is on top in guard.

Warner drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wray looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wray looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wray!

That's time! Wray's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!



Warner darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Warner seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wray does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Warner looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wray with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
