The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Satori tests Martin's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Martin scores with a head kick.
Ekkei Satori seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Satori clinches up with Martin and pushes him back against the cage.
Satori blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Satori lands a right hand.
Martin comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Martin lands an elbow inside.
A short right from Satori on the inside.
Satori stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Martin is trying to maintain a safe position but Satori gets an underhook and turns Martin into the cage.
Satori on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Martin tries to pull guard but Satori holds him up against the cage and eventually Martin drops back down to his feet.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Satori lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Martin tries to stall but Satori uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
The referee is keeping an eye on Martin - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Martin tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Satori smiles and moves away.

Satori moves into the clinch.
Martin misses with some punches.
Martin with an attempt at a knee that misses.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Satori creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Satori working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Martin throws a punch but it's blocked by Satori.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Satori scores with a shot to the side of Martin's head.
Nice body punch from Satori.
Martin misses with a punch to the body.
Satori lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Martin or not.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Satori creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Martin is rocked!
Satori lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Martin backwards.
Oh Martin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Satori throws a big uppercut that drops Martin! More strikes from Satori and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Martin lies dazed against the cage as Satori celebrates with his cornermen!

A determined Ekkei Satori didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
