Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jose Angel Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Cahill Harris!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris lands with a thumping leg kick.
Diaz misses with a two punch combination.
No joy there for Diaz, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Harris takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
A combination from Diaz does no damage.
Diaz throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Diaz throws a right and a left that Harris avoids nicely.
Harris shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Harris was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diaz is trying to buck Harris off.
Harris thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Harris sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Diaz is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Diaz is trying to buck Harris off.
Harris is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Diaz is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Harris decides to stand back up. Harris steps back and let's Diaz get back to his feet.
Harris is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Harris takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Cahill Harris has been cut.
Diaz drops Harris with a left and a right! Oh, Harris is hurt - Diaz dives into side control looking to finish!
Harris is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Diaz wants to stand but Harris is controlling his arm.
Harris is still in real trouble! Can Diaz finish him?
Harris tries to buck Diaz off but Diaz is having none of it.
Diaz tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Harris is trying to control Diaz's posture but Diaz avoids it.
Harris pushes Diaz away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Diaz gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Diaz decides to stand back up. Diaz steps back and let's Harris get back to his feet.
Harris seems to have recovered his senses.
Diaz looks to land a combination but Harris avoids it well.
Harris throws out a counter right but Diaz avoids it with no problem.
Diaz cracks Harris with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Diaz tries to bum rush Harris with a series of wild strikes but Harris uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Horrible takedown attempt by Harris or perhaps it was just good defense by Diaz, which made it look bad.
Harris looks winded!
Harris shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Diaz is looking for a counter combo.
Diaz swinging wildly here.
Diaz throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Harris stumbling backwards into the cage! Harris bounces back off the cage towards Diaz, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Diaz lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Diaz celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jose Angel Diaz!
