Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Garth Wader (ranked 4673 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alvaro Marroquin (ranked 2729 p4p, 307 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Garth Wader!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alvaro Marroquin!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Lou da Vinci and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wader changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marroquin tries to avoid it but Wader manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marroquin to the ground. Marroquin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wader gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Wader breaks the clinch.
Marroquin jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
It looks like Garth Wader has been cut.
Marroquin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Marroquin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Marroquin moves out of range of the leg kick from Wader.
Marroquin swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Wader tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Marroquin is able to avoid easily.
Wader throws a body punch but Marroquin moves out of range.
Wader fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Marroquin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Marroquin gets tackled into the cage by Wader. Wader maintains the clinch.
Wader ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Wader no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Marroquin gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Marroquin throws a head kick that misses.
Alvaro Marroquin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A punch combination from Marroquin misses.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Marroquin throws a series of strikes that have Wader backpedaling.
Wader uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Marroquin.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wader darts in and clinches Marroquin up against the cage.
Wader drops down looking for an ankle pick but Marroquin pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Garth Wader. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Marroquin enables Wader to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Marroquin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Marroquin wriggles free and stands up.
Marroquin throws a head kick that misses.
Wader closes the distance and clinches.
Wader is breathing heavily.
Marroquin is trying to break free.
Wader tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Wader breaks the clinch.
Marroquin throws an overhand right that lands on Wader's shoulder, as Wader tries to avoid the shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wader slips under a jab from Marroquin.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Marroquin connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Wader fails with a takedown attempt.
Marroquin Throws a clean left jab. Marroquin Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Wader's chin! Wader crumbles to the ground and Marroquin follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Marroquin!
