The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marley shoots in for a takedown but Goldbaum shows good takedown defense.
Marley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Marley drives through and clinches with Goldbaum against the cage.
Goldbaum tries to break free but Marley pushes him back against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Marley tries to score a body lock takedown but Goldbaum shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Goldbaum throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marley's waist but Marley gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Goldbaum off to one side.
