Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Elim Garak (ranked 1850 p4p, 233 weight class) and Rob Tanner (ranked 1874 p4p, 238 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garak throws a shot from downtown. Tanner moves away and avoids it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tanner. Garak does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tanner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Garak moves away.
Garak definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Rob Tanner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice jab there from Tanner.
Tanner throws a jab when Garak was well out of range.
Garak has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tanner finds it's way round the side to connect with Garak's head.
Tanner lands the left hand.
Tanner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Garak.
Garak gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Tanner.
Tanner throws a lazy uppercut
and Garak counters with a stiff right hand.
Tanner throws a lazy right hand but Garak sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Garak is looking to counter punch.

Tanner drops Garak with a beautiful combination! Garak stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tanner is looking for the KO!

Garak is rocked!

It looks like Elim Garak has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Garak bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Tanner comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Garak falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Garak was out before he hit the floor!
