Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nick Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Bargos can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Johnson controls the pace.
Johnson passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Johnson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Bargos wants to clinch.
Johnson throws a low kick but Bargos moves out of range easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Johnson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Johnson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bargos is just riding it out for now. Johnson eventually gives up the hold.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Johnson seems to be looking for submissions.

Johnson looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Johnson is trying to work for a kimura but Bargos is defending well.
Johnson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Johnson stands up and beckons Bargos to join him on the feet.
Johnson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bargos.
Bargos tries to clinch there but Johnson circles away.
Bargos fails to land the takedown.
Bargos is trying hard to land a takedown here. Johnson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Johnson only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Johnson tries to bum rush Bargos with a series of wild strikes but Bargos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bargos tries to close the distance and clinch up but Johnson swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bargos scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Nick Johnson has been cut.
Bargos lands a left and a right that send Johnson crashing to the mat, dazed. Bargos thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Johnson is rocked!

Johnson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bargos counters with a big left hand that crumples Johnson! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
