Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gundro Vilheimshaugen (ranked 2208 p4p, 241 weight class) and Efraim Turban (ranked 1020 p4p, 128 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Efraim Turban was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vilheimshaugen with a poor takedown
enabling Turban to counter with a crisp jab.
Vilheimshaugen shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Turban counters with a series of strikes. Vilheimshaugen will be more careful next time no doubt.
Vilheimshaugen misses with a takedown
and Turban counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gundro Vilheimshaugen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Vilheimshaugen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Oooooh!!! Turban has knocked Vilheimshaugen down with a huge combo! Turban steps away and waves a wobbly Vilheimshaugen back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

and Turban counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Good exchange - Turban coming out on top.
Turban scores with a decent looking hook.
Turban steps in with a hook that catches Vilheimshaugen right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Turban follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Vilheimshaugen looks absolutely devastated.
