Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boa Morte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and DeAndre Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Slam. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morte takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Tyson gets control of Morte's arms and successfully pulls guard. Tyson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Tyson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Morte is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tyson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Morte's back instead.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tyson can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Tyson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Morte's head backwards.

DeAndre Tyson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Tyson has control of Morte's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Morte regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tyson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

DeAndre Tyson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Tyson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
