Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Antonio Jose De Sucre (ranked 2897 p4p, 344 weight class) and Anthony Johnson (ranked 2463 p4p, 292 weight class). De Sucre comes into the arena with Bolivianos el Hado Propicio blaring out of the sound system. Anthony Johnson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 16 - 1, fighting out of New York, Anthony Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws out a loose jab but De Sucre uses good head movement to avoid it.
Johnson throws a series of punches but De Sucre moves out of range.
De Sucre uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johnson.
Johnson walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Johnson cracks De Sucre with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! De Sucre is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and De Sucre is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! De Sucre could not beat the count!
