The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rhino uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vazzappo.
Vazzappo looks to land a combination but Rhino avoids it well.
Rhino tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vazzappo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Vazzappo's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Vazzappo duly obliges.
Rhino fails with the takedown.
Rhino misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Vazzappo pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rhino takes one on the button.
No joy there for Vazzappo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Vazzappo tries to bum rush Rhino with a series of wild strikes but Rhino uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Rhino moves out of range of the strikes.
Rhino drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Vazzappo misses with a series of wild punches.
A punch lands to the side of Vazzappo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Rhino darts in looking for a takedown but Vazzappo gets double underhooks and turns Rhino into the cage.
Vazzappo throws a right hand that Rhino ducks under and follows up with a left that Rhino also avoids with ease.

Vazzappo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Vazzappo gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rhino to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Rhino drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Vazzappo dives on top into guard.

Rhino really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Rhino has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Vazzappo is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Rhino.
Vazzappo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rhino. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Vazzappo stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Sloppy strikes from Vazzappo. Those never looked like landing.
Vazzappo throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Rhino stumbling backwards into the cage! Rhino bounces back off the cage towards Vazzappo, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Vazzappo lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Vazzappo celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Tony Vazzappo decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
