Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lonnie Lee Badrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcello Nazarett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Badrick kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Theme. Nazarett has chosen Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. Marcello Nazarett has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badrick throws a leg kick but Nazarett sees it coming and moves out of range.
Nazarett tries to clinch up but Badrick circles away and keeps his distance.

Nazarett misses with a jab, cross combination.
Badrick tries to bum rush Nazarett with a series of wild strikes but Nazarett uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Marcello Nazarett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nazarett shoots for a takedown but Badrick saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Badrick fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Nazarett checks it well.
Nazarett fails to land the takedown.
Horrible takedown by Nazarett or perhaps it was just good defense by Badrick which made him look bad.
Lonnie Lee Badrick has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcello Nazarett.

Badrick is looking to slow Nazarett down with leg kicks.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Badrick, as that shot connected.

It looks like Marcello Nazarett has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The fighters circle momentarily. Badrick darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Badrick steps into range and cracks Nazarett with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Nazarett flops backwards and Badrick dives into his guard looking to finish!

Nazarett is still in real trouble! Can Badrick finish him?
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Badrick lands a nice short elbow.
Nazarett seems to have recovered his senses.

Badrick knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Nazarett on the ground.

Badrick tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Badrick has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Badrick stands up.

Badrick goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

That has opened up Marcello Nazarett's cut even more.
Badrick cracks Nazarett with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Badrick circles away from the clinch attempt.
Badrick lands a jab to Nazarett's midsection.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Badrick lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Badrick.

The cut above Marcello Nazarett's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Badrick lands a nice leg kick that just misses Nazarett's sensitive parts.
Nice uppercut lands for Badrick. That snapped Nazarett's head back.
Badrick lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Nazarett steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Badrick. That one must have hurt.
Badrick lands a left and a right that sends Nazarett crashing to the canvas! Badrick dives into mount looking to finish!

Marcello Nazarett's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Badrick manages to capitalize on a mistake by Nazarett to take his back!
Badrick has the hooks in. Nazarett is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Badrick will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Nazarett is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Badrick trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Nazarett doesn't escape.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Nazarett breaks Badrick's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Badrick has control of Nazarett's left arm, preventing Nazarett from doing any damage.
Nazarett stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Badrick swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Badrick not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Nazarett wants to pass the guard but Badrick is keeping the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Nazarett wants to stand but Badrick is controlling his posture from full guard.

Badrick has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nazarett can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Badrick avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nazarett on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Badrick. Badrick obviously looking to wear him down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Nazarett shoots for a double leg takedown but Badrick sprawls well. He's pushed Nazarett's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Badrick swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Badrick lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Nazarett backs up against the cage.

Nazarett shoots in for a double leg but Badrick sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Nazarett has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Badrick finds it's way round the side to connect with Nazarett's head.
Nazarett walks forward, straight into a front kick from Badrick.
A left and a right from Badrick both land. Nice combination.

Badrick bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Badrick misses with a few strikes there.
Nazarett tries to close the distance and clinch up but Badrick swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Badrick lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
