Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Mani (ranked 4652 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jock Weisley (ranked 4769 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ben Hemmingworth and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Weisley drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mani gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Mani fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mani tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Weisley just stands there and leans against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Weisley dives in and grabs Mani's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mani pushes down on Weisley's head and hops out.

Mani can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.

Well Weisley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
