The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Dembele throws out a loose jab but Spencer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Spencer throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dembele definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Spencer throws a body punch but Dembele moves out of range.
Spencer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dembele.
Spencer lands a head shot.
Dembele swings for the body but Spencer moves out of range.
Spencer misses with a body shot.
Spencer gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Dave Spencer has been cut.
Dembele connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Spencer's hands.
Spencer moves out of range as Dembele strikes.

and Spencer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Spencer throws a right hand that misses
and Dembele counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Dembele walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Spencer drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Dembele swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Spencer's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Boubacar Dembele!
