Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Viktor Babinski (ranked 23995 p4p, 566 weight class) and Aleksandar Volkanovski (ranked 4296 p4p, 434 weight class). Volkanovski has chosen 2pac - Hail Mary as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkanovski moves into the clinch.
I was talking to Babinski's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Babinski wants to break free but Volkanovski has control.
Volkanovski misses with a hook from the clinch.
Volkanovski misses with a punch to the body.

Babinski wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Volkanovski lands a hook that snaps the head of Babinski backwards.

Volkanovski keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Babinski's efforts to push away.

Volkanovski is trying to maintain a safe position but Babinski gets an underhook and turns Volkanovski into the ropes.

Volkanovski moves in looking to clinch but Babinski pushes him off.

Volkanovski fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Babinski, pushing him back against the ropes.
We've been informed that Volkanovski has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Nice body punch from Babinski - that landed with a thud.
Babinski lands a shot to the body.
Babinski digs a right hand into Volkanovski's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Volkanovski's gas tank.
Volkanovski looks winded!

Babinski wants to break the clinch but can't.
Volkanovski is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.
Babinski lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes.

Volkanovski has Babinski pressed against the ropes, preventing Babinski from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

A head punch on the inside from Volkanovski fails to land.
Babinski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Babinski cracks Volkanovski with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
It looks like Aleksandar Volkanovski has been cut.
Babinski scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Babinski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Volkanovski circles away quickly and effectively.
And Volkanovski responds with a good body kick, but Babinski manages to step out the way in time.
Babinski connects with a right hand. Volkanovski shakes it off.
Aleksandar Volkanovski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Volkanovski closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Viktor Babinski will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Babinski cracks Volkanovski with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Volkanovski is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Volkanovski is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Volkanovski could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Viktor Babinski!
